Warpfactor :- This is a VMWare Linux Virtual Machines.
You will also need the VMWare Player to run this Virtual Machine which can be found at VMWare.com. As per the details in the readme file |

cant see why anyone would risk server software from a torrent site. A better tip for anyone looking for this software is to setup as a microsoft reseller and apply for an ‘action pack‘ google it for more info. For £200 you get 10 licenses to vista, 10 for office 2007, full enterprise server and exchange software, DynamicsCRM and a lot more |

It‘s a VMWare virtual server.
VMWare (ESX) is a bit of software that sits on your server or system above the hardware. You can then install ‘virtual‘ operating systems over the top that share the same hardware. VMWare also offer a product called Workstation which lets you install a virtual layer ABOVE Windows, so you can run more operating systems over the top of that. Unless you‘ve got VMWare, or want it - don‘t download this. If you want to toy with virtualisation, some versions of Windows 2008 ship with Microsoft‘s Hyper-V, which incidentally isn‘t a hypervisor (like VMWare ESX), it sits above the OS, and replicates resources from the base OS into the virtual OS‘s - great performance but you can only have 2008 OS‘s runnign. |
